Has something changed that prevents links pasted to the homepage from being able to open?

While I always create In Memory albums for members of the site --- when a family member of a CC member passes away, I post a condolence on the homepage and include a link to the obituary. For some unknown reason - folks are not able to open the links, and instead are having to copy/paste an put the link in their toolbar.

I looked at the raw page contents, and it looks like you pasted the link as text, when you needed to use the Link button in the editor to make a link.

My conclusion is the same as John's. You did not use the link button in the editor. Admin Functions > Edit Site Pages > Edit Page (for Home Page) > create wording for your obit link > highlight wording, then click on link icon (third in from right on second line) > copy and paste obit link in the box > click OK > click Save Changes.
