We recently upgraded to a Platinum subscription and as an admin I am receiving MANY info copies of emails addressed to noreply@wichitahighschoolwest1970.org with subject "Undevilered Mail Returned to Sender' from platinum.classcreator.com.

What is causing this? How do we fix?

Here is an example of the email contents:

"This is the mail system at host platinum.classcreator.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

I responded in your other post.

Can you please forward an example of your bounce notice to info@classcreator.com? I need the full headers etc so please choose forward on any of the original email bounces.

A related problem:

Ever since we upgraded to a Platinum subscription in April 2024 no one has received any emails notifying them of anything: announcements, upcoming birthdays, birthdays, adds to In Memeory, etc, etc.

I received a complaint today from a class member about no email notifications going out.

I mentioned this in my last email to you.

I hope you are working on this problem.

Also: I haven't received any emails notifying me that you have replied to any of my posts. For example: I just saw your reply of June 19, 2024. Until this is fixed would you please email from info@classcreator.com or other pathway that doesn't involve the automated notices that I am currently NOT receiving?
