It's gunna be awhile.
The initial help videos were short lived and have now been down for months, because the system went through dramatic changes and the videos were quickly outdated. And that's exactly the same issue still happening now. Some major new things are about to launch (New Preferences Area, Profile Generator, so forth and so on) and we'll have to wait for those things to be completed before we jump back into the help videos. Profile Generator alone changes everything -- we should have that coming up in the next couple of weeks or so.
With the # of feature requests going through this place right now, help videos are lower on our priority list. For now, read the FAQs. Virtually every question you may have already has an answer there. On some cold snowy day a few weeks from now we'll try to get at least the main videos recut -- and then over time we'll add some little niche videos too that will teach you how to do all kinds of cool stuff on your site. So stay tuned, but it is going to be awhile before we can focus on that again.
P.S. Any Camtasia users out there who want to help us recut the videos? We'd be willing to pay someone to help do this, as we're a little busy. The requirements would be that you must be an expert at using the Class Creator system and really know what you're doing, and know or willing to learn the Camtasia screen recording software. I can send a list of our help videos to anyone who might be interested in working with us on this.
