Header on main page is very small all of a sudden...

header text size.jpg I have a the Responsive Design and all of a sudden the header on my main page is real small. Whoever made the update must not have looked at what they were doing on the page. It is real obvious... I have file attached to show...

It is not fixed... I was looking at Firefox and it looks right, but it is not right in Internet Explorer. Please keep this on the books...

Looks like another cache issue. Looked the same in IE, Edge, FF, Chrome, Opera and Safari (for PC) - all latest versions.
