I have a classmate that has uploaded 5 photos on her profile. She uploaded 3 the other day and all was fine, then she added 2 more yesterday and all are gone. When I go in through the manage classmates feature, I can see that her photos are there, but are just not showing on the profile. I even re-saved them for her, but still not showing.
What can I do??
Thank you

What is the classmate's name?

Awhile ago I went into manage classmates and downloaded all her photos to my desktop, then deleted the exact same ones that I could see she had uploaded. I then uploaded the ones on my desktop and then they showed up on her profile. I am trying to learn all I can, so thought it was worth a try.

As I said earlier, she uploaded 3 photos a couple days ago and they were fine, but when she uploaded the last 2 yesterday, all the photos disappeared.

For future reference, I would like to know if she uploaded the last 2 wrong and what I can do if this happens in the future with others.

Her name is Virginia Robles.

As always, thanking you for your continued help.

This is difficult to assess because I do see photos on her profile and everything looks normal from a user perspective here. I see 5 images at the bottom of her profile.

I probably should have left it alone and let you diagnose it. She is a brand new sign up and I didn't want her to be discouraged having spent time putting photos on and then they disappear.
If it happens again, I will wait to hear what you find.
Thank you anyway.

Scott, Is it possible that this may be a simple page-refresh issue?

Only a guess, it's not likely. Although, possible.
