Hello!! I have seen, on someone's site, a writeup about honoring any classmate's request who no longer wants to be listed on the website. Who posted that, and what was the wording please? ...looking to not re-invent the wheel...

This isn't that complicated. Just go into Manage Classmates and delete them as members (entirely). That way there is no mention of them anywhere. This way their privacy is insured. They have their own options for privacy as well, but they must exercise them.

Hi Glenn, Thanks for your response. It is an easy thing. What I'm actually looking for is the writeup that an admin put on their website about telling classmates that they can request to be removed and never contacted ever again. I just liked how they worded it....

Simple, "We will remove your name upon Request." Please understand that YOU will have no access to this site and to your fellow Classmates."

I have found that the "shorter" and "simpler" I keep it, the better the reponse. For example, when they sign up, I simply put arrows toward "Where are they now?" and that was the key.
