I have one classmate who can't access the website. She has no idea why and I can't see any reason why either.
This is what she keeps getting: "We are offline for a brief maintenance update. We will be back shortly". It doesn't make sense because it's not happening to anyone else. Your help is appreciated.

She tried to access the website while the website was down for maintenance and her browser cached the page. Tell her to RELOAD/REFRESH the page she gets that message on and everything should be fine. She could also try clearing her browser cache or opening the website up in a different browser.

That seems to be happening quite often lately, along with the Server Error 500 which can usually can be overcome by retrying several times. Hope they find whatever's going on.
