My credit card to Auto Renew has an expired expiration date. 14 days left to renew. How do I use a different credit card to renew our website? I have called CC but have not received a call. Suggestions greatly appreciated

Elena, If you pay the domain under Manage Domain > Renew Your Domain it renews directly through Enom, who helped create that section of the site. This means if you renew the domain it does not need to auto-renew. You can toggle auto-renew on and off in that section as well. You can also go to Admin Functions > Manage Domain > Domain Name Account Management if you want to get the details for your domain name login. Jessica

Jessica: I know the drill for maintaining my domain name. My issue is that my credit card number changed. What's the drill for updating the number. Do I need to contact Enom directly? Can I do what's needed on the Website?

Hi Barry, Under Admin Functions > Manage Domain > Domain Name Account Management there are details on where to go to login, your login ID and how to send yourself a password reset link if you need to login to update. You can also renew directly on the site for those who do not wish to login to a separate site. If you renew it on the site it won't attempt to auto-renew again as it is all connected to the Enom system and they will be aware the domain has renewed and not attempt to renew it again. Under Manage Domain > Renew Your Domain we have a toggle to turn off auto-renew for those who don't wish to have auto-renew on anymore. You will still receive renewal reminders from their system and ours if you choose that option. Jessica
