I don't have enough room for column 2, and too much room for column 3.

I don't think you can do what you want to do without editing it in the code. You can view the code by clicking on the Source button in the editor.

In the editor, put cursor on cell desired, right click on the cell and select Cell properties. Enter a new width. OR manually change in SOURCE mode. You only need to change one
