I am getting an error message when I try to upload my new format file; pictures must be jpg format, which they are. I have attached the top graphic for your review. Please advise.

Nope! It's not a .jpg. It's a native Serif Photo Plus file (note the file extension .spp). You need to hit File, Export and export it as a true .jpg image. Then try uploading again.

Thanks for the quick response! That's what I needed to do. I read it as the individual pics should be saved as .jpg not the whole doc. Again, thanks for your help!
