Hi Vinnie, We are currently updating our help tutorial videos. However, you can add a guest by going under Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates > Add New Member > Show On Class List > Choose - Show as Guest Member. Kelcie

Kelcie, Thanks for your response. I was following the steps you described and was having a problem. Worked it out though. Wanted to review video just as a refresher. Thanks again. PS - Can you please help me with regard to my questions about the Event Planner submitted a few weeks ago?
