One of my classmates is having a problem checking her messages.....this is the email she sent......
"I get the email saying I have a message, I go to “click here” it tells me I have to log on members area to view, I do and it says I have 4 new messages (that would be two from you today and the two old ones I still have not gotten to read) and then when I click read messages it changes and says I have no new messages."
As adminsitrator, I've looked at her profile and don't see anything out of the ordinary.
Any ideas?

Have her do this:

Clear her browser cookies, shut down her browser, start it up again, log back into the web site, and try again.
