We have a site meter. One of our classmates asked that since it shows particular IP addresses could this pose a security problem and perhaps someone might be able to hack into their computer.

It would certainly be incredibly unlikely. Almost never could you access somebody's computer just because you see an IP address (which is most likely an IP address assigned by the Internet provider). If somebody set up their computer as an open computer, or had remote access software installed or something like that, that was completely open with no passwords applied or anything else, then technically yes, somebody could get in. But you'd really hvae to to go out of your way to make that possible. Not to mention most people who run this type of software on their computers would never leave anything like this open, as more than likely they'd know what they are doing. Clooooose, the window come aliivveee...

Thanks. I basically told her the same thing in one word. NO. Glad you listened to our "song for the day." This has been a great way to keep my classmates coming back EVERY day. They want to see whose birthday is being celebrated and what song has been chosen to go with it. Yesterday it was Yogi Berra and "Outfield." BTW, you sing "real nicely."
