I have a situation where a couple who are both members of the class registered in such a way that it appears he is bringing a guest. The guest however, his wife, is also a classmate. I went in and manually registered her but I cant figure out how to change him to 1 rather than 2 dinner tickets. He mailed a check for both dinners and that should be easy enough to allocate the money between the two but it still shows him being invoiced for 2 tickets and my count is off.

Why can't you just create her a registration with nothing purchased. She just needs to show up in the ATTENDEES list in order for the nametags feature to print her picture. Leave the husband with two tickets being purchased and the wife with nothing purchased. She would owe nothing. Since she really didn't purchase anything, your count wouldn't be off.
