what happened to tutorial about name tags

Invitations for our 60-year reunion are being emailed tomorrow. I am trying to get everything set up now. Yesterday, I saw a link for a tutorial on name tags. Now, it is gone! It's been a few years since our last reunion and I need some help figuring out where to go and how to use the name tag part of the program!
