My first question would be "Is it just you (and your PC)?" Or does someone else see it too?
And my next question would be about any third party add-on's you've installed.

Most likely it's malware on your computer.

Agree. Recommend virus and malware scan.

I had this too, and had a techy run several scans and finally he had to replace the operating system. Sure hope you don't follow my route. Good luck.

There are programs to help you with this pop-up issue. First understand it isn't the CC website causing popups. The programs to solve this issue are highly recommended by experts and I've used them. Best of all, they are FREE! Just be careful when downloading/installing that you don't get programs or toolbars you don't want. Never install using the "Express or default" mode. Always use the "expert" setup when there is one so that you can decline the "crapware" that often comes with these programs.
CCleaner by Piriform
Spybot, Search and Destroy
Malwarebytes
Advanced System Care by Iobit.
All these programs can be found on Google, Yahoo, or Ask.com.
Also, some of these have a "pro" version that is NOT free. For all intents and purposes, you don't need the pro versions to keep your computer clean or to solve your pop-up issue.
I hope this helps.

In my opinion, Malwarebytes is the best. It is free .. for awhile. But, I've found when the free period expires, I just go back to the site and run it again. Have been doing that for 3 or 4 years. It has undone and fixed things that no other program would.

I would also recommend www.malwarebytes.org . Then download the free version.
