Credit card refunds when no funds available?

Is it possible to issue credit card refunds after we have already transferred all of our funds to our bank? In other words, can we transfer funds back to ClassCreator so that we can then issue a credit card refund? If so, how would this be done?

You can mail a check to: Class Creator Include your site name and event refunds in a note with the check. Jessica

Hi Jeff, The problem with PayPal is they will charge a fee out of the total so it is best to send a check. We are not set up for Zelle. If you send PayPal check to see what the fee would be to send and you would need to add that to the payment so we can add the full amount to your account.
