We are moving from our 50th reunion to 55th and have made some changes but probably not correctly. We have a big-picture question and also a specific "Are you coming" issue.

We created some new pages to move the 50th content to and new pages for the 55th. We have also changed some text items from 50th to 55th.

The big picture question is, in editing a 55th Reunion page we get the question "Start a New Reunion?". Do we want to actually do this and will it cause us to lose any 50th content we want to retain? We would like to not screw it up.

The specific-item issue is with the question "Coming to the reunion?". We changed the text from 50th to 55th but need to clean out the answers from the 50th to reflect answers about the 55th. Just changing the text obviously did not do that.

We like what we have done visually but don't think it actually works within the intent of Class Creator.

Direction would be useful.

There is no way to clean out the old data without starting a new reunion. You should not be using the Reunion Planner. The Reunion Planner is not supported any longer. You should be using the Event Planner and creating a new event (reunion).

When you click the Event Planner, there is a help video in the top-right corner of the page. Just click the link and you can review the documentation movies on how to use the Event Planner.
