Multiple Welcome E-Mails

I have a new member of our Website who is getting 2 and 3 Welcome E-Mails each day since she joined. I've searched the Forum but can't find a suggested fix. Any help out there? Thanks!!

For what it's worth, I just joined another site yesterday, got one Welcome email and one Opt-In email. Nothing else so far.

Have her forward all of them to info@classcreator.com for review. It's highly unlikely the system sent it more than once.

The only way they would get more than one email is if they have a primary and secondary email listed. Emails go to both if they have a secondary in place. Jessica

Thank you Brad and Jessica. My Classmate only has one e-mail registered. She got another one this morning and I've asked her for forward it and any others she might still have to the e-mail address that you gave me Brad. Her name is Sharron. Thank You!!
