I am trying to create an announcement with a survey. Apparently I can Save and Continue Editing and CC displays the correct number of questions. However, when I click Save and Leave This Page, the number of questions triples.

The attached file has the general steps I took and screenshots.

What am I doing wrong?

What is third question you are trying to add?

Are you using the back button to navigate back to the edit screen? This can cause a re-post of the prior post and the survey can be hard to manage once that is like that.

I'm rebuilding the announcement and survey. I just need to know what the other question and hint is.
