The written directions were totally different than the tutorial, and I followed the tutorial. The ephsclassof62 was added to my live email account; however, it is not recognizing my password (and I did write it down )

If you click the "Email Configuration" link under your Member Functions, you can reset your Platinum email password there and then try again.
