Two possibilities: Under Admin Functions > Edit Site Pages > Edit Home Page you'll see the Content Area box at the top. Click on Edit Announcements, then Create New Announcement and copy and paste the contents of your email into the announcement box. After you SAVE CHANGES, be sure to click Active back in the Content Area so your announcement is seen. Another option is simply to either copy and paste or hand-type the contents of the email directly onto the home page using Edit Site Pages > Edit Home Page.
