How can I copy the pictures and everything that's in the file vault?

What specifically do you mean by copy them? What are you trying to accomplish?

I want to have a seperate copy of all the photos in the Vault on a new folder on my desktop.

From what I can tell, you must click on all of the links, one at a time, then right click on each of the graphics that display and choose "Save Target as...". This will let you save them to your hard drive.

There's no mass File Vault export or anything like that. Presumably since you uploaded everything you would already have a local copy. Of course, if multiple Admins are uploading things, then no 1 Admin would have everything. A mass File Vault export though could get pretty ugly. We'd have to zip everything together and in some cases people's export would total in the hundreds of megabytes. You're probably better off just downloading the files you need by right clicking them as Kyle suggested.
