I sent an email to the three administrators to make sure I was doing it correctly. How long does it take after I send an email for everyone to receive it? I sent an email last night around 11 PM and the same email again this morning at 8:30 am. No one has received it.

Typically it would take just a couple of minutes. Are you using the mass email module to send messages to these Admins' private email boxes, or are you using the internal message system to send them messages inside of the system itself?

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I found out the server that has my email address went down that morning and I didn't know it. Sending emails is not a problem now. Once I hit send, they are received in minutes...sometimes seconds. Thank you.
