I just received the following from a guest member on my site:

"I'm having a terrible time whenever I try to log into the site...every time it tells me that my password is wrong I click onto the link to change it....sometimes that allows me to log on one time but not more. Do you have any idea this is happening..am I doing something wrong? Any assistance will be appreciated...thanking you in advance."

Any guidance anyone can offer?

Easiest thing to offer is to 1. Confirm they are using the correct email address to log in. 2. Offer to update their password for them. Both can be accessed from the Manage Classmates > Enter / Edit Classmates > Details screen. Sometimes this is as simple as they typed the wrong email address and their autofill is remembering the wrong email, so that would need to be cleared.

I have changed the password but from the problem description it appears that this might not be a long term solution. This person is pretty computer savvy but I'll follow up on your other suggestion too.

You wrote they are computer savvy.
Have they tried running 'Malware Bytes' or a similar program?
