Credit card was double billed

I signed up for the premium mode and see that my Credit card has been billed twice. I sent my first message thru the website regarding this 5/18 and have heard crickets. I then sent an email to info@classcreator.com from my personal email May 31st and agin crickets!!!

Hi Erica, The transactions were 7 minutes apart and just outside of the time frame where our credit card processor would have saw the transaction as a duplicate. Two months were added. Do you want one refunded taking it back to a single month added or do you want to keep the 2nd month and it will not bill again until July 18th? You can see the subscription date details on the Admin Functions > Subscription. Jessica
