How do I remove the hint under the Children section on the profile page?

The default questions are just our idea of what makes a good basic Profile. You're not stuck with any of it though. If you don't like something simply deactivate it. You can easily add your own Children question complete with hint verbiage of your choice, or no hint at all. Just click your Profile Generator link and follow the directions on screen.
