Somehow I've gotten the Memory Book Profile Form page
all muddled... every time I tried to get rid of TOO WIDE "lines" for the answers on the questionaire, it got worse - so I temporarily gave up and let it be. But it's really bugging me because it looks so sloppy. What am I doing wrong? THANK YOU!!

First, nice job on the form. It's a challenge to design printable forms like you're doing, but I know I don't have to tell you that.

I see a couple problems here.

1) Hard spaces. This is the main reason for the blowout. I removed them while I was in there. See this thread for full details.

2) I think in general some of your consecutive underlines are just too long. You need to reduce them. Much like hard spaces, consecutive underlines cannot wrap, and when you put too many in a row, the system starts widening the design to accommodate, in your case blowing out the themed design.
