Is there a way to tag an account of a classmate who has been called and has indicated they do not want to participate on this website. We're looking for an easy way to maintain this information within the site.

Under Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates - Details page for the classmate. You can make them a non-displaying guest - if you don't enter their email address under the Email Address field it won't send them notifications. You can instead store their email under the Notes section of their Details page so you still have the information but honor their request to not participate (or possibly also not receive notifications).
