After upgrading to Platinum, instructions for setting up email was highlighted in green and easy to find; but I have yet to find anything similar for IM and Chat.

Last I read, it was an oversight on RD (Responsive Design). Post in bugs maybe?

Jack, It's true I am using RD, and John, I tried looking in Preferences but found nothing there, so I guess it has to do with RD.

I see what is happening. There is no link added under the Member Functions to bring the window back if you X-out of the IM window. Presently, you must clear your cache and cookies to get it back. I have reported this to the programmer.

I believe this was fixed a couple weeks ago.
