Our website displays on the far left of my monitor. I checked the other sites listed here and all of them do too. How do we get them to be displayed centered on the page?

You can't. Those templates are anchored left. New templates are coming that are wider and have more options. Some will allow you to customize the graphics with your own personal graphics. It'll be awhile, as new templatse are not at the top of our "hit list" currently. They are coming though.
