My classmates are very challenged to fill out the reunion form with all the info I need. They think when they sign up for the website that is the form I want them to fill out. Can I fill out the form for them to gather info better?

In situations like this I suggest the following:

1) Click your Preferences link

2) Edit your New Classmate Welcome Message to include the fact that they need to officially register for your reunion. It's helpful to give them an exact link to your online registration form right in your welcome message. This alone will likely solve your problem.

You can click your Reunion Planner link and manually add an attendee, yes. Or you could ask a Clasmate for his or her login and password, log in as them, and complete the reunion registration.
