For an upcoming class reunion, we are pushing everyone to pay online through our Class Creator site.

However, there are a few people who are dropping off checks to one of our committee members.

Is there a method for adding there registration details to the system, even though they paid with a Check (or Cash)?

We have four event activities and people can choose which ones they want to attend. I would like to be able to run reports for all attendees for those events and includes those who did not register and pay via Credit Card online.

As long as the registration deadline has not past (or if you update it so it is still active on the day of the reunion) you can manually enter payments made without a registration under

Admin Functions > Event Planner > Edit > Quick Links > Register a Classmate

If you need to change the date go to: Admin Functions > Event Planner > Edit > Quick Links > Edit This Event and update the registration date for the activities, save and continue and then Publish all changes at the top of the page to save the changes.
