How To Enabled Credit Card Payment for Events?

We have a '40 Year Reunion' page with a form for paying for an event, but I don't see where to actually pay for the event. The form ends with a simple 'Save' button where I would have expected a 'Payment' button or such. Please advise. Thanks!

Your reunion planner looks to be set up correctly. You could try to go in and register yourself at this point, or add a fake classmate to the system and join as that person for purposes of testing... then delete the member after you conclude testing.
