Won't allow payments for registration

Classmates that are trying to pay for reunion are unable to pay and the administrators are unable to enter manual payments. We originally had August 15th as our cut off date and changed to September 15th. Could that have caused the problem? How do we reset that or is there other problems? Bill

You just needed to publish the change at the top of Edit this Event. I published it for you. Jessica
