I had this issue and posted about it on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 3:20 PM.

Last night, I updated the header to our reunion photo taken a month ago. This morning, all I saw was a gray background in the space.

Next, I read every response in the March thread. This is what I did:

I edited the file to be 50% of the original size, and it is now a JPG. We'll see if it holds.

If I had a leisurely life with not a care in the world, I could babysit this. Instead, I am as busy as I was in my 30s and 40s with responsibility and respect in 'seasonal' work and a volunteer position. I'm hoping those who read this will send all the positivity you can spare to this header holding. Thanks!
