Bownce Back reason

I'm trying to figure out the reason 2 email bounceback occurred. Can anyone offer some incite? Thanks. Following is the transcript from one of them: The attached message had PERMANENT fatal delivery errors. After one or more unsuccessful delivery attempts the attached message has ---- Failed address: clay.labounty@philips.com --- Session Transcript ---

The name server reports that it is having technical problems I deleted both of those bounce backs because they were problems the classmate couldn't fix.

I now have 5 classmates with emails that have bounced back with a similar message. Both the classmate and myself have been unable to correct on our own. Is that something that you can correct as you did for this other admin? Thank you
