I have uploaded a photo for a member to her deceased husband's profile. I can see the photo when I'm in editing mode, but when I look at his profile, I don't see the photo. I tried filtering the profile search for those with photos and while his profile appears on the list, there is still no photo on his profile page. Any suggestions?

Using Manage Classmates to look in his profile photos, make sure that the photo you uploaded has a green check mark.

I was able to get it to load as the master photo, but it still does not show on his profile. Is it because he doesn't actually have a profile because he's deceased and has not created one?

Open the Edit > Select Photo tab for that image. When the window opens, locate the image and click in the upper left corner of the image. A green check mark should appear indicating that the image has been selected. When you save, the image should appear on the profile.
