When I download the class list to the Excel format, the zip code column is not formatted correctly to account for leading zeros. Looks like it is downloading to "general" format. A manual adjustment is required before using the file to create snail mail labels - which is really easy to forget! I am using Excel 2007. Thanks for a user friendly product.... is has been a blast exploring the features.

We'll take a look. This may be more dependent on the version and settings of your own installation of Excel, but we'll see if there's anything that can be done on our end.

Just go to the column that has the downloaded zip code information in Excel and format it as zip code. This results in the leading zeroes being added. Works in Excel 2003. I presume it will in 2007 also.
