Cannot Upload to Photo Gallery

My photos are under 200k, jpg format. I've turned off my android phone and reopened it. Tried uploading as another classmate and uploading as myself. Uploading 1 at a time and uploading multiple photos. Gallery is active. Photos appear to 100% upload. The do not appear in the photo gallery. PLEASE HELP

The "Add Photos" process starts, then throws the JSON error.
