Unable to personalize Class email

I sent a class email yesterday but was unable to personalize ( include first name) because I couldn't undo the highlight/ color background in blue on the variables... Appreciate anyone's help. Thanks.

I'm not quite clear on the issue. It sounds like your cursor was unable to highlight the copy in order to copy and paste. That might have simply been your computer needing a reboot. You could always simply type the variable code so that the names would be included.

I don't know what caused that but it works on Safari and Firefox.
