I am pretty sure that I am listed as a co-administrator. Am I able to enable another member to be a co-administrator or do I not have that ability?

You know if you're a co-administrator as soon as you log on to your home page. If you're a co-administrator, on the left side, you'll see Admin Functions below Member Functions. Normally, the root administrator assigns co-administrators. However, once you are a co-administrator, the root administrator can give you the ability to grant others admin access by clicking on a box on your Details page (you don't see this box --- only the root administrator sees it). If you are a co-administrator, ask the root administrator to edit your Details page and give you the ability to grant others admin access. Depending on the temperament of the root administrator, he/she may or may not wish to give you this privilege. Don't be offended if he/she denies you. As the root administrator, I would not give a co-administrator the ability to grant others admin access. Too risky. But that's just me!!
