I have a reunion order that I need to change but it was paid by credit card. How do I handle it? If I delete the order does it delete the cc chg?

First do the following:
Reunion Planner
Attendees
Click on the name of the classmate with the Credit Card order
Edit the items
then ISSUE REFUND

All of the money the classmate paid (including fees) will be refunded.

Then you can delete the order.
