An Inconsistently Applied "Feature"

The root admin of Springfield-VT-1960 was checking contact information for some of the members on her site and found the link Login Location (IP History) next to the city field. She had never seen that before and asked me if she should be concerned. I told her that I saw nothing to be alarmed about. I checked other sites for which I have admin access and found this same "feature" on my condo site, vsr2720 but not on my sailing site, ocmsc, springfield57vermont or Springfield-VT-1959. Why is that? How can I get it on the other sites?

That info is only presented if the admin has turned on the New Classmate Verification feature on the Preferences page.
