Several things could cause this:
1) You have multiple Administrators on your web site, and have used the same email address for 2 Administrator accounts. All Administrators are copied on all site communications.
2) You have multiple Administrators, all with unique email addresses, but you personally receive email for 2 Administrator accounts, and therefore are receiving a second copy of the messages.
3) One of your Administrator accounts is a community email address that automatically forwards to multiple parties, you being one of them. If you have set up a community email address and are part of the distribution list, this is where your second copy of messages is coming from.
4) Although most likely one of the above, it's also possible you have something configured locally to pull down duplicate copies of messages.
