I thought I would post this to help each of us. I've been reading up on the legal music issue. Some sites say it is ok to buy the song and add to your videos, others do not. So I contacted our class President who is in licensing here in Nashville. She is checking on some things for me. But below is her first reply:

From Janice:
"What you paid for is a dpd (digital phonograph delivery) which is the permission to have the audio (only) uploaded/downloaded for the website. When you connect an audio with a video, that is considered synchronization and requires a separate permission."

When she replies back on how to do this legally I will post so as to help others not get fined by the music industry.
