Distribution List Count Discrepancy

Screenshot 2024-06-10 135006.jpg I rely on the 'mailing list' to count our current members. It has been very faithful in the past; however, today it is a number off. I copy the right side and paste it into Excel with the first name in row 1, column A. CC states I have only 193 in this selection, but Excel says I have 194. I've checked it twice and it's the same. Any ideas?

Maybe you accidentally added a name twice in your Excel spreadsheet.

Hi Catherine, I assume you mean the list called: BHS AA MEMBERS - DO NOT DELETE I will check into this further and get back with you. Jessica

Hi Catherine, The lists should match now. Somehow the first name that was on the original list created back in September 2022 was removed but the system was still seeing their member ID tied to the list. The programmer cleared that orphaned record and the lists both match now at 193. The remaining names on the list were added in September 2023. Jessica
