I'm confused (as usual). I see all this chatter about 'User Forums' and 'Message Forums', but I can't see where to configure/set them up. One post said it was the very last link in the "Edit Pages" page, but I'm just not seeing it.

Also, what is the purpose of "What's New?"

Karen, I have added the User Forums and Message forums to your Edit Site Pages page in the inactive state. The What's New page is an aggregation page of all the updates on the site, as sort of a one stop shop page to get updates.
