All you need to do is copy the code of the utube video you want to post (you will find this to the right of the video.
Have another page open with your site.
Click on edit pages,
click edit on the page where you want to put it.
once there click the source button (upper left).
Put the cursor where you want the video.
then click paste.
click the source button again and save.
You can change the size of the video if you like at that time, or by going back in and doing the same thing and just changing the width and the height measurements.
I always add a little comment to make it easy to find in the code. Something like video of the week.
