Credit collected vs. amount received

In the reunion summary the "credit collected" column shows the full price for our tickets $36.50, but when I received my 1st check (for 2 tickets) it was $69.42 which i know is minus the processing fee but then we didn't actually collect $73 we collected $69.42. So the total collected amount will not match the actual amount collected. Can you explain this?

At the moment that column is showing the gross total not the net total collected as you've pointed out, but I agree with you, I think it really needs to show both totals. I.E. we should add an additional column so we're showing both the gross total billed and the net total collected. Obviously if the payment type was credit card we'll have to deduct 4.9% from the # that appears in the new Net Total Collected column. I'll add this to the Task List, but until we have a chance to get to this if you deduct 4.9% from your gross total you'll obviously have your net total.
